"Regarding IRMA-India: IRMA-India (founded in 2003) is a division of Orissa State Volunteers and Social Workers Association (a non-profit organization founded in 1980). IRMA-India is working for promoting Information and Communication Technology (ICT) among the rural/poor/tribal/isolated communities for their access to information and use this ICT for their socio-economic/sustainable development.

We are a group of young IT professionals/engineers/social works working together for this great cause. We have developed a Concept on establishing Community Information Center (CIC) in the rural villages for access of information by the community, which is attached herewith. We are very much interested for a partnership/collaboration with your esteemed organization for the same proposed Project. Kindly have a look into the concept and inform us accordingly. "
