Somewhere in a quiet valley in the mountains

"Oh in our village...

there is not really anything going on....

shops have closed

the old brick factory wass shut down

the guests in ye old inn are getting older every day

crazy how many people have to commute

but people have sattelite TV at home...I dont know what they are watching

the next disco is 25 km away

the secondary school was closed

even the kids must commute...everyday they must get up at 5 o clock...and when they go to the district town, the boarding school or get their professional education, they are practically gone.

whatever intersting seems to happen elsewhere

and then I feel like saying: beam me there, Scotty...

Change of scene: Kirchbach / Styria

what did you say...? there are some young people that bought an old court building in Kirchbach?

They returned with their jobs back home into the village ? The ones they did in the district town earlier?

looks quite OK what they have done... beautifully decorated....even a small hotel the built in....

but will this pay off? who shall work in these offices and seminar rooms?

What did you say, what have they done? brought the university to the village?

how is that possible..? Probably they beamed it here. You might have seen too many Star Trek movies...;-)
