Steve worked many years of his life at Cessna, the aircraft producer.
He witnessed the many restructurings, waves of layoffs of people and as a manager had to help the remaining ones cope with the losses and challenges. Thats when he discovered his skills to work with Organisations in times of change and challenge.
Eventually, he also was on the side of those who were sacrificed to keep the sinking baloon flying a little bit longer.
He decided to become his own boss and started a consultancy.
Since 2017, I have adapted my 30-year consulting practice in strategic framing and organization design to independent research and writing about topics of lifelong interest. These include: interwoven timelines and concurrency systems; time-based currencies and economies; time banks and time exchanges; and the application of spiritual and ethical principles in the development of frameworks that advance our understanding about ourselves as individuals and our roles in communities and institutions.
