He witnessed the many restructurings, waves of layoffs of people and as a manager had to help the remaining ones cope with the losses and challenges. Thats when he discovered his skills to work with Organisations in times of change and challenge. Eventually, he also was on the side of those who were sacrificed to keep the sinking baloon flying a little bit longer. He decided to become his own boss and started a consultancy.
