• intensive knowledge exchange and global connections as base for local improvements.
• increased participation of civil society and creative individuals and groups in local development
• recognition of their particular strength, theme, focus, vision and values which turn into uniqueness.

• Describe the places according to the perspective of future cooperation, especially within the Danube area, based on following additional criteria.
• New ways of living together, especially between old and young generation. for example Cohousing (shared facilities)
• Places focused on Open Innovation, especially on technology for local life. From OSE to Example OTELO
• Places that find interesting ways to deal with connection between humans and nature. Example fishermen - village Example Tree Village Damanhur
