I like your video clip statement:

• your thoughts are clear and one can have sympathy
• the setting is nice against colors and plants in the background
• CON: the backlight must be considered a technical fault
• CON: you seem to look most of the time onto some cheat sheet to the left (from camera position), not meeting the eyes of the viewer. (Obama uses two prompters left and right which has a curious mechanical effect, but it can at least be interpreted as sweeping the audience)
