• Advantages of Open Source: We can stand on each others shoulders, solutions that work available, Need to do only 10%.
• Do the right things, do not just do things !
• Become aware of each other: its not only technical, but also social.
• Everybody talks about IKEA.
• The same thing in Open Source would boost creativity. You could make and expand IKEA things
• 150 years built houses for themselves. Today you have to make money to pay the few companies that sell them to us expensively. We need to re-introduce, go back to the roots.

• You can do it simply, the world does not stuff that will be obsolete in 15 years.

• Linux success has proven: there is no OS that you can use in a professional envirnment but Linux.

• We should not just look into one direction - WikiHouse with its CNC based method is only one option.

• No Standards, but make comples natural structures handeable.

• I take the role of a critisizer now.
• Wiki House is bad, because:
• Panels of wood mainly with Glue and Plastics
• CNC is wasteful
• Standardized thickness of Panels is not always wanted.
• Wooden Beans and Diagonals for Building Stiffness are neglected

• Open Source makes sure that uneffective solutions die
• Open Source makes sure that there is the possibility to solve a problem without running into independence
• Advantage of WikiHouse is its simplicity: if you have access to a CNC machine and to an operator, all you need else is muscles. You dont have to have special skills.
