Frau Pacchira Chindaritha ist selbst ein äußerst polyglotter Mensch und beherrscht neben Thai und Englisch auch Mon, Khmer, Lao, Chinesisch und Zhuang. Selbst Angehörige einer Minorität (Mon) zeigt sie großen Respekt für die ethnischen Minderheiten Südostasiens und Chinas. Sie versteht es, mit ihren Gewährsleuten respektvoll umzugehen und für ihre Arbeit zu motivieren. Die Dokumentation und die Bewahrung der Sprachen der ethnischen Minderheiten Südostasiens und Chinas ist ihr ein besonderes Anliegen.
