 MIR is a group about adult education in local development.
 MIR stands for the main function of adult educators 
 in the process of local development:
 - M OTIVATION of people to be interested in local  
 development and their own personal qualification 
 to be part of local development
 - I NVOLVEMENT of people in the process of planning 
 and realizing common development goals. "I" could 
 also stand for "Integration" of personal goals to 
 community goals
 - R ESOURCES that such motivated and involved people 
 need, especially knowledge resources. We need especially   
 to look into local centers to provide such resources.
